Return & Refund Policy

Customized Products – No Refunds or Returns

We specialize in delivering customized products, such as photo magnets made from your personal images. As these are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for customized items once the order is placed.

Damaged Products at Delivery

If your customized product arrives damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us at support@magloom.com within 24 hours. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. If verified, we will recreate and resend the same product at no cost. A return may be requested before re-dispatching.

Non-Custom Products

For standard, non-custom items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at support@magloom.com. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (Only for Non-Custom Products)

For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund. If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at support@magloom.com.
